Territory Relationship Management (TRM)
The events campaign is a diversified way to reach customers in places where they gather in large volumes- at public event spaces, retail locations, and in high rise apartment buildings. In this way sales reps are able to engage with and activate new customers at an exciting booth-style setup. Throughout this course you will learn how to identify high potential event opportunities, market and promote them with creativity, and to deliver a high quality experience for customers, sales reps, and property managers.

TRM Training Day 1
This training course will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to successfully approach building/property managers, and event coordinators to book sales events on behalf of TELUS and succeed in your role.

On Day 1 we explored the basics of your role as a TRM. Today, we will dive deeper into the tools and materials that will assist you in succeeding in your role.

MDU & Sales Events Training
