Do I bring energy to the team?
They are go-getters and take life by the horns. They’re not afraid to dive into new adventures, they believe in themselves and try everything at least once.
Do people want to work for me?
People who energize can inspire their team to take on the impossible and enjoy doing it. They set a powerful personal example and have strong persuasion skills.
Do I know when yo make the gut call?
Having the edge means having the courage to make tough “yes or no” decisions. Smart people with an edge know when to stop assessing and make a tough call, even without all the information.
Do I drive results both personally & my team?
Puts decisions into action and pushes others forward to completion, through resistance, chaos, or unexpected obstacles. People who can execute know winning is all about results.
Do I bring enthusiasm to all areas of my life?
Not follow, bring. People with passion have a heartfelt, deep, authentic excitement about work. They care about their colleagues and co-workers. They love to learn and grow and get a huge kick out of the people around them doing the same.
